EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test) is an entry level entrance test for admission into various technical courses offered by technical and professional colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Engineering, Agriculture and Medicine Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad (JNTU) on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). This examination is the gateway for entry into various professional courses (Engineering and Medical stream) offered in Government/Private Colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Two types of programmes are basically offered to those who qualify EAMCET: One in Agriculture and Medical Category and other one in Engineering Category.
