S R Vastrad Arts, Science and Vijay Mahantesh Commerce College, situated in Hungund, Karnataka, is a grant-in-aid college. Established in 1967, the college imparts higher education to the financially and educationally backward people of Hungund and its surrounded areas. The candidates who have passed two year P U examinations from Karnataka State P U Board or its equivalent recognized as 10+2 level in any subjects are eligible for B A and B Com courses. Those who have completed the same in science subjects are eligible for the B Sc courses offered here.
