Undergraduate:
Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary Examination from a recognized Board with atleast five subjects, with atleast 50% marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together. Candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English individually in the qualifying exam.
Diploma:
Diploma in Dental Hygienist
Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary Examination with Science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Indian University or Pre-University/Intermediate board.
Diploma in Dental Mechanics
Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary Examination with Science subjects i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Indian University or Pre-University/Intermediate board.
Post Graduate:
MDS (all the nine branches)
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery i.e. BDS from any Dental College/Institution recognized by the Dental Council of India. Candidate must have completed one year compulsory rotating internship.

Admissions for 85% open seats will be made on the basis of All India Common Entrance Test (MMUCET) conducted by the university. Admissions for 15% reserved seats for NRIs/their children/wards will be made on the basis of merits obtained in the qualifying exam.

Post Graduate:
Admission for 85% seats will be made on the basis of an All India Entrance Test conducted by the university. Admission for 15% seats reserved for NRIs, their children or wards, will be made on the basis of merit obtained in the entrance test/qualifying exam.
