S. P. Mandal Law College came into being in 1979. Established in Madhepura district of Bihar, the college is affiliated to Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University (B.N. Mandal University), Madhepura. S. P. Mandal Law College is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi.
 
S. P. Mandal Law College Madhepura imparts an undergraduate course in the field of law, that is, Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
