Priyadarshini Engineering College (PEC) was started in 1995 under the auspices of Jai Barath Charitable Trust. Located at Vaniyambadi, in Vellore district of Tamil Nadu, the college is a self-financing co-educational institute. The college offers All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved undergraduate and post graduate courses in engineering, management, and computer application under the affiliation of Anna University of Technology, Chennai. Undergraduate:
Candidates who have passed 10+2 examination, or its equivalent, with Mathematics as one of the subjects from any recognized board/university with minimum 50% (Open Category), 45% (Backward Class), and 40% (Major Backward Class) aggregate marks are eligible to apply for the BE/B.Tech courses through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission test (TNEA) or Common Entrance Test (CET). Candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have obtained a pass in the qualifying examination to apply for admission.
Post Graduate:
MBA:
Graduate candidates in any discipline from any recognized university/college can apply for the MBA program.
MCA:
Graduate candidates with mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 or graduation level can apply through Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) or Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the state.
Undergraduate:
Selection is made on the basis of marks obtained in the entrance examination and as per norms of Anna University of Technology and Government of Tamil Nadu.
