HCDC College, situated at Nitaipkhuri, in Sibsagar district of Assam, is an aided co-educational institute. The college was established in 1965 to cater qualitative higher education for the students living in and around Sivasagar. HCDC College is affiliated to Dibrugarh University and recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). The college offers several undergraduate and higher secondary courses in Arts discipline.
