Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
To be eligible, the candidates need to have passed in 10+2 examination, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate, with English, Biology (Zoology & Botany), Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects, from any recognized Board.
Diploma:
The candidate must have passed in 10+2 examination with minimum 50% marks in Science subjects from any recognized Board.
Post Graduate:
For the PG course, the candidate should have possessed Bachelor's degree in BDS, from any recognized University.

Candidates are strictly selected on the basis of their performance in Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test (UPCPMT) conducted by the University.
Entrance Test: UP CPMT
Post Graduate:
The candidates are selected on the basis of their marks in UP Combined Medical Entrance Test, conducted by the University.
Diploma:
Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre-Medical Test (UPCPMT) is conducted as the admission procedure for this course.
