Located in Mandi (Himachal Pradesh), Vijay Memorial College of Education, came into existence on 29th September, 2006. The autonomous, non-minority institution is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla. Vijay Memorial College of Education, one of the emerging B. Ed College, is spread over an area of 5 Bigha of Land. One year of Bachelor of Education (B.
