The educational institute is affiliated to Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University, Jaunpur. Pushpa Singh Vidhi Mahavidyalaya aims to impart legal education to the students, in order to make them competent lawyers. To serve the purpose, the college conducts course in law at the undergraduate degree level, which is known as Bachelor of Laws (LLB). The UG program is a three-year course and is conducted strictly as per the rules and regulations of BCI.
