Malappuram Government College, located in Malappuram district of Kerala, is a co-educational college, run by the Government of Kerala. The college was started in the year 1972 as a second grade college with few subjects. Over the years, the college has resulted into a well-known institution for higher education offering both UG and PG courses. Eligibility:

Undergraduate:
Candidates who have passed their 10+2 level examination from Kerala State Examination Board, or its equivalent, in any discipline are eligible for the BA/B.Com courses offered here. Those who have completed the same in science subjects are eligible to apply for the B.Sc courses offered here.

Post Graduate:
Candidates who have graduated in relevant subjects are eligible for the MA/M.Com courses offered here.

Admission of the selected candidates is done strictly on the basis of percentage of marks obtained by them in their 10+2 level and as per the norms of University of Calicut.

Post Graduate:
Admission to MA/M.Com courses is made as per the norms of University of Calicut.
