For M. Sc. (Mathematics), the candidates are required to pass B.Sc. degree with Mathematics as one of the major subjects and should have secured more than 50% marks in aggregate. For M.A Kannada, Candidates are required to pass B.A. degree with Kannada as one of the major subjects or candidates with B.A/B.Com / B. Sc degree can also apply they should have secured 55% in the Kannada Language.
