Govt. College of Fine Arts, located in Thrissur district of Kerala, is a co-educational college, run by the Government of Kerala. The college was established in 1910 as Technical Commercial Industrial School under the Cochin Dynasty, to impart training on art and craft. The college changed its name on several occasions and finally after getting its affiliation from the University of Calicut in 1997, the college got its present name. Government College of Fine Arts offers undergraduate programs in three disciplines of fine arts - painting, sculpture, and applied art.
