Govt. Degree College is situated at Palakonda, in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh. The college was established in the year 1983 to cater to the need of quality higher education in Palakonda and its nearby areas. The college is well maintained with all the necessary infrastructural facilities within a sprawling campus. Govt Degree College Palakonda is affiliated to Andhra University and accredited with “C+” grade by NAAC.
