Dr P G A S S Arts College situated in Gadag, Karnataka, is a self financed and co-educational college. Dr. Puttaraj Gavaigalvar Andhra Shikshana Samiti established the college in 1991, especially for the backward people of rural areas. Previously located at Shree Veereshwara Punyashrama, Dr P G A S S Arts College has now been shifted to a new campus. Spread over three acres of straggling campus area, the college offers advance teaching techniques with well managed administrative staffs. Dr P G A S S Arts College is affiliated to Karnatak University and offers only undergraduate programme in several Arts subjects along with career-oriented subjects like Social Work, Mass Communication and Journalism, Hindustani Music, Computer Application and Library Science.
