Established in 1990, in the memory of late Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, a renowned philosopher, thinker and social worker, Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College is one of the preferred options to pursue undergraduate level science courses, at Delhi University. Located in Karampura (New Delhi), it is a constituent college of University of Delhi (DU). The college is funded by Government of (National Capital Territory) NCT of Delhi. Since its establishment, the co-educational college has made tremendous growth.
At present, Deendayal Upadhyaya College offers education in all three streams-science, arts and commerce. Apart from conducting conventional courses, the college also offers courses like Effective Communication and Personality Development through theatre, Fingerprints and Document Examination, Certificate & Diploma course in Russian Language, Skills for English Language Teaching, Skills for Advertising: The Art and Craft of Copywriting and Short term course on VAT and Service Tax.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours/ Pass
Candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. Aggregate of best of four subjects including one language is considered while admission.
B. Com. (Hons.)
Candidates need to pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board. Aggregate of best 4 subjects including Language are considered while offering admission.
Bachelor of Science (B. Sc) (Hons) (Pass)
A pass in 10+2 from CBSE or any other examination considered equivalent thereto is required. Study of science subjects at 10+2 level is compulsory.
Bachelor of Business Studies
Candidates, who have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from CBSE or any other Board considered equivalent thereto, are eligible. Candidates with commerce academic background will be preferred.
Post Graduate Diploma:
Candidates with graduation degree from a recognized University are eligible. Those, with computer science as a subject at graduation level, will be preferred. Mathematics as a subject at 10+2 level is mandatory.
