It is affiliated to Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar, Garhwal and approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi, for its affiliation. B. S. M. Law College admits students to its undergraduate course in the field of law - Bachelor of Laws (LLB). The course is a three-year programme, which is conducted strictly as per the guidelines of BCI.
