Acharya Tulsi National College of Commerce, founded in 1966 by National Education Society (NES), is situated at Mahaveer Circle, in Shimoga district of Karnataka. Acharya Tulsi National College of Commerce at Shivamogga is accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAAC) with a “B” grade and affiliated to Kuvempu University, Karnataka. B.Com:
Candidates who have passed the two year Pre-University Examination (PUC) conducted by Karnataka Pre University Board or attended diploma in Job Oriented Course of Karnataka Technical Education board are eligible for admission to first year of B.Com course degree. Those who have passed the three-year Diploma course in Commercial or Secretarial Practice or two-year Diploma course in business administration conducted by the Department of Technical Education, government of Karnataka, are eligible for admission to the third and fifth semesters of B.Com, respectively, through lateral entry scheme without the benefit of exemption in any subject of the third, fifth and sixth semesters of B.Com. However, business administration diploma holders have to qualify the language papers of the first, second, third and fourth semesters of B.Com.
BBM:
Candidates who have passed diploma in Job-oriented courses of Karnataka Technical Education Board can apply for the BBM course, provided they have studied Accountancy and Auditing / Accountancy and Costing / Accountancy and Taxation / Banking/ Office Management / Co-operation / Marketing and Salesmanship and Material Management Technology, as one of the optional subjects in the course.
Post Graduate:
Candidates who have graduated in B.Com, BBM, or BBA course from a recognized University/College with minimum 45% (General, BC, and MBC) and 35% (SC/ST) marks are eligible to apply for the M.Com program.

Post Graduate:
Selection is made according to the marks secured in the qualifying examination, according to the rules and regulations of Kuvempu University and government of Karnataka.
