Integral University

Integral University, established in 2004 by the UP State Government via an Act, is located at Lucknow on Kursi Road at a serene place against the sylvan beauty of kukrail Jungles. Institute of Integral Technology, Lucknow has been elevated to a full fledged university on account of educational standard and value based education in a highly disciplined environment.

 

The university offers B Tech / B Pharm course of four year module while MBA / MBA (Retail Management), MBA  (Biotechnology) programs are of two years academic period. Admissions are held fairly through Integral University Entrance Test (IUET). Direct admission to second year of B Tech / B Pharm is available for Diploma Holders. There is a provision of reserved seats for NRI candidates who can join the courses without any entrance test.

 

There are separate hostels for girl and boy students with mess facility. Central Library, Laboratories, Computer Center, Workshop and Medical facility are the key facilities provided by the university. The Placement Cell conducts Classroom Interactions, Group Discussions, Quiz, IQ Tests and Mock Interviews under the personality Development Program. Seminars and workshops are occasional for maximum possible exposure of the students.

Foundation of the institute was laid down by a small group of devoted and dedicated educationists, engineers and intellectuals in 1993. An engineering college was also simultaneously established in 1997. The college started functioning from the year 1998 with only two courses Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics Engineering. More courses followed, imparting constant expansion to the institute.  At the same time, it maintained its standard of education too. The result was its elevation of status as university.
