Modern College of Education, located in Panipat (Haryana) was established in 2008. The teacher training institute is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Modern College of Education Panipat conducts undergraduate level teacher training programme, that is, Bachelor of Education (B. Ed).
