Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) is located in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. IICT Bhadohi is an ISO 9001:2000 certified Institute. It was established by the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India in 2001. The Institute is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, UPTU Lucknow and approved by All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE, New Delhi. The institute is recognized by Textile Institute, Manchester, United Kingdom.

Indian Institute of Carpet Technology (IICT) Bhadohi has been established with the aim to mould the future of Indian Carpet and allied Textile Industry through development of Human Resources and Technical Support.

One must have 10+2 degree in with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Bio-technology/ Computer Science.
Admission Procedure:

Undergraduate:
Admissions are made through AIEEE conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education. Direct admission to second year is given under lateral entry scheme to diploma holders/ B. Sc. with Maths candidates.
