NAARM SRF PGS

National Academy of Agricultural Research Management conducts an all-India level competitive examination, namely, Indian Council of Agricultural Research Senior Research Fellowship (PGS) entrance exam, for enrolling students to PhD program in Agriculture and Allied Science subjects. The institute is located in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 1976 as a constituent unit of Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi. The program is a three-year full time course and the final selection of the candidates is based on the merit list prepared through marks obtained by them in the entrance test.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the candidates must have done post graduation or its equivalent with minimum 55% marks (50% for reserved categories) in the relevant field, from any recognized University.

Examination Pattern

The test paper of the entrance exam consists of objective type of questions. There are multiple choices for each answer and the candidates have to select the right answer from them.
