UCMS (University College of Medical Sciences)

UCMS (University College of Medical Sciences) is one of the premier medical colleges of India. UCMS was established in 1971 as a Constituent College of University of Delhi. Guru Teg Bahadur (G.T.B.) Hospital is the associated teaching hospital attached to UCMS. The UCMS & GTB Hospital Complex is spread over an area of 115 acres comprising of College Block, spacious Out Patient Departments, Indoor Wards, Central Laboratory Services & O.T. Block and other ancillary facilities.

UCMS runs various medical and paramedical courses. Courses offered by UCMS include M.B.B.S, M.D./M.S., and PhD courses. There are 100 seats in M.B.B.S courses and 45 seats in M.D./M.S. courses. UCMS also offers Paramedical courses in BSc (Medical Technology), Radiography. Diploma course in Nursing (GTB Hospital), and Medical Laboratory In-service Training.
