National Law University, Jodhpur has plans to develop 12 schools in the course of time. These are:
Following Programs are offered by NLU Jodhpur: Under Graduate Programs NLU Jodhpur offers Integrated five-year law programs in B.A LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A LL.B. (Hons.), and B.S.C LL.B. (Hons.). Eligibility: Qualification required for admission to any undergraduate course is 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate. Admissions to the Under Graduate Programs are made on the basis of a National Entrance Test (NET). The admission test papers tests the candidates' (a) linguistic ability; (b) analytical skills; (c) level of quantum of information; (d) mathematical aptitude; (e) legal reasoning; and (f) aptitude for learning law. Some preliminary psychological ability test may also be included. Post Graduate Programs NLU Jodhpur offers Post Graduate Programs in Constitutional Governance (Four Semesters); Intellectual Property Law (Four Semesters); Management and Law (six semesters); MBA in Insurance (Five Semesters) and International Trade Law and WTO (Four Semesters). Eligibility: A student seeking admission in the Post Graduate Degree should have secured 55% marks in aggregate in any discipline at Graduate level. For the Post Graduate Degree in Intellectual Property Law any Graduate in Sciences/ Engineering/ Medicine/ Technology or other Science degrees securing 60% is eligible. LL.B., degree holders securing 55% marks in aggregate are also eligible to appear for the Entrance Test. Admission is done on the basis of a National Entrance Test. The students desirous of competing in the courses shall have a choice of competing for one or all courses.
