National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU)

The National Law Institute University (NLIU) has been established by Act No. 41 of 1997 of the Madhya Pradesh Legislature. The University launched its first academic programme in 1998 and teaching for five year B.A., LL.B. course commenced from September 1 of that year.

Admission to B.A.LL.B (Hons) Course of NLIU Bhopal are made on the basis of an entrance test conducted by Professional Examination Board(PEB) Chayan Bhawan Main Road no1. Chinar Park(East) Bhopal. The admission test is held at centres in Allahabad, Bhopal, Bangalore, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Guwahati.

Eligibility: Applicants should have scored minimum of 55% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST and OBC students) in the 10+2 or its equivalent. Applicants must be below the age of 21 years (23 years for SC/ST and OBC students) as on 1st July of the year of admission.
