Indian Administrative Service (IAS) exam is one of the competitive job entrance tests, which is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The three-stage examination is conducted at various test centers throughout the country. Personal interview, which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), is aimed at judging the personality of candidates and their mental ability. Candidates are considered eligible only after qualifying the interview round, for the job of civil servants.
