Located in Jaipur (Rajasthan), Yagyavalkya Institute of Technology (YIT) came into existence in 2003. It is managed and run by Yagyavalkya Educational Society (YES). The institute is affiliated to Rajasthan University and Rajasthan Technical University. The candidates must have passed in 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology/Bio Technology. For the lateral entry, the candidates need to have diploma in engineering with minimum 60% marks.
Post Graduate:
Graduation in any stream with not less than 50% marks is mandatory, to be eligible for this programme.

The admissions are done on the merit basis prepared through candidates' marks in 10+2 level and RPET/ AIEEE entrance test.
