Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI), in Jamshedpur, is one of the prominent management institutes of India. XLRI Jamshedpur was founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, in Jamshedpur. Since its inception, Xavier Labor Relations Institute Jamshedpur has set new benchmarks in the field of management education.

Eligibility:

Post Graduate Diploma:
Bachelorís degree from any recognized University is the eligibility criteria for applying for PG Diploma course at the institute.

Post Graduate:
The candidates must have done their Bachelorís degree from any recognized University, with minimum two years of work experience.

Doctorate:
The candidate must have done Masterís degree in any discipline, preferably CA, ICWA or CS, with minimum 55% marks. He/she should be a graduate from a recognized university, with at least 60% aggregate marks.
Admission Procedure:

Post Graduate:
The aspirants are selected through XAT entrance test, group discussion and personal interview.

Entrance Test: XAT Exam

Post Graduate Diploma:
Candidates applied for PG Diploma courses are selected on the basis of their marks at XAT entrance test. Short-listed candidates are then called for a Group Discussion (GD) and personal interview, by the institute.

Doctorate:
The admission is done on the basis of XAT score of the candidate. The candidateís score in GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC JRF (research) are also taken into consideration.
