Virangana Jhalkari Bai Govt Girls College Gwalior, in Madhya Pradesh, is a women’s college, run by Government of Madhya Pradesh. The college was established in the year 1982 as Government New Girls College to impart quality higher education for the educationally backward women of Madhya Pradesh. In the year 2003, the college was renamed as Virangana Jhalkari Bai Govt Girls College after the name of famous freedom fighter Jhalkari Bai.
