Vidya Academy of Science & Technology, set up in 2003 in Thrissur/Trichur, is an institute functioning under self-finance scheme of the Government of Kerala. The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut and also has collaboration with Microsoft Corporation. Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
Candidates must have done their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects. Diploma of Engineering holders are also eligible.
Post Graduate:
For MCA, the student must be a graduate with the subjects of science stream in the curriculum.

The candidate has to get through the Common Entrance Exam, held by the Exam Commissioner, Government of Kerala. Management Admission is based on merit list formed from applications, giving equal weightage to common entrance test conducted by the state government and the marks scored in 10+2 exams.

Selection is based on the ranks obtained in the entrance examination, conducted by the Govt of Kerala/Management Association.
