Vemana Institute of Technology (VIT) was started in 1999 under the management of Karnataka Reddyjana Sangha (KRJS).  Vemana Institute of Technology  is located in Bangalore. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE, New Delhi and has gained recognition of the Government of Karnataka. It is affiliated to the Visvesvaraya Technological University, VTU, Belgaum. Vemana Institute of Technology conducts undergraduate level programme in the field of engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B Tech).

Eligibility:

Undergraduate:
Candidates need minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in second year Pre-University Examination or 10+2 from any other recognised board. There is a relaxation of 10 % for the SC/ST candidates. Engineering Diploma holders with 50% in final examination of the 3 year Diploma course are eligible for lateral entry.
