Tulsi College of Education for Women came into existence in 2006. It is located in Ambala district of Haryana. The teacher training institute is managed and run by Shrimati Tulsi Devi Educational Society, which is a registered Society. Tulsi College of Education for Women is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college conducts undergraduate level programmes in teacher’s training - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and Diploma in Education (D.Ed), which is approved by State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana. Tulsi College of Education for Women has number of modern facilities provided to its students within the campus.

Candidates are decided through their ranks in Kurukshetra University B. Ed. (Regular) Entrance Test, which is conducted by the University.
