Started in 2002, it is managed and run by the Catholic Management of the Latin Archdiocese of Trivandrum. Theera Jyothi Teachers Training Institute Thiruvananthapuram is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The institute conducts teacher training programme at the undergraduate level - Teacher Training Certificate (TTC). It is a two-year full time programme.
