St Thomas College of Engineering & Technology, located in Kolkata (West Bengal), came into being in August 2000. The college was established with the aim of imparting latest and high standards of technical education in the state. The institute, affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology, conducts B. Tech programmes in various disciplines. The courses conducted by it have approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
