Sir Bhavsinghji Government Engineering College came into existence in 2004. Located in Bhavnagar (Gujarat), it was formerly known as Sir Bhavsinghji Polytechnic. The institute is affiliated to Bhavnagar University and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. To fulfill the educational requirements of the students, Sir Bhavsinghji Government Engineering College teaches them the study of engineering at the undergraduate degree level.
