Shri Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering & Technology, located in Sangli District of Maharashtra, is one of the leading engineering institutions in the state. Established in 1999 by Sant Dhyaneshwar Shikshan Sanstha, the college is affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur. The courses offered by Shri Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering & Technology have been approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
 
The year when Shri Annasaheb Dange College of Engineering & Technology was incepted, the college merely had a make-shift type of structure. Soon, a full fledged building was erected. Construction of the building was completed in the beginning of 2001, but the academic year of the college had already started in 2000. Initially, the college started offering undergraduate courses in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering and Information Technology. More courses were added later on.

Eligibility:

Undergraduate:
The eligible candidates should be 10+2 / HSC passed from Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. They must have obtained minimum 50% marks (45% marks for backward class category candidates from Maharashtra). Candidates applying under Management or J&K Quota must secure minimum 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects. Candidates applying for All India seats must have valid AIEEE score to be eligible for applying.
Admission Procedure:

Undergraduate:
The candidates who wish to get admission in the engineering course are required to get a valid score in MHT-CET conducted by a competent authority of Government of Maharashtra. Candidates from other states are selected on the basis of ranking in AIEEE. Admission process is conducted as per the guidelines of the Directorate of Technical Education, DTE, Government of Maharashtra. Major number of seats are filled by the Convener while rest are filled under Management and J&K Quota.
