Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering and Technology is located in Ferozepur district of Punjab. Established by the Government of Punjab, the college started its journey in 1995. It is affiliated to Punjab Technical University (PTU), Jalandhar. All India Council for Technical Education, (AICTE), New Delhi, has given the approval for the courses offered by Shaheed Bhagat Singh College of Engineering and Technology.

Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
The eligible candidates should have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with physics, mathematics, and chemistry as compulsory subjects and English as a language subject from any recognized board / university /council.
For admission to the second year the eligible candidates should have passed diploma in any engineering trade from Punjab State Board of Technical Education, Chandigarh or Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology or from any other recognized State Board of Technical Education.
Post Graduate:
For admission to M Tech course the eligible candidates should have passed B Tech / BE in respective branch.
Doctorate:
For admission to PhD course the applicants should have passed post graduation in respective branch from any recognized university/ board
Admission Procedure:
Undergraduate:
Admissions are done on the basis of Combined Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar.
Admissions to second year of B Tech course is done through lateral entry engineering test (LEET) conducted by PTU.

Post Graduate:
Admissions are done on the basis of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE).
Entrance Test: GATE Exam
Doctorate:
Admissions are done on the basis of candidates' previous academic performances.
