PSG College of Nursing is situated in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1994 and managed by SG Sons and Charities Trust, a registered Trust. It is approved by Tamil Nadu State Nursing and Midwifery Council and Indian Nursing Council (INC). PSG College of Nursing is affiliated to Tamil Nadu DR M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai and recognized by the state government. It offers a four-year B Sc Nursing degree course and M Sc Nursing course of 2 years duration.

Candidates should have passed 10+2 Class or its equivalent preferable with Science Subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with 45% of aggregation marks. Minimum & Maximum age limit will be 17 and 35 years respectively.
Post Graduate:
Candidates should have passed B Sc (Nursing) with minimum of 55% aggregate marks and in respect of SC/ ST, the candidates should have scored at least 50% in aggregate, from any University / Institution recognized or established under any State or Central Act/ Indian Nursing Council. The candidate should be a registered Nurse and Registered Midwife or equivalent with any state Nursing Registration Council and have 1 year work experience. Candidates should not have exceeded 45 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. The age limit is relaxed by 3 years in case of SC and ST candidates.

Admissions take place under two categories called government quota and management quota. In government quota, applicants have to qualify Tamil Nadu Professional Course Entrance Examination (TNPCEE). Candidates have to attend Tamil Nadu Private Professional Colleges Association-Health Sciences (TNPPCA-HS) through management quota.
