Providence College, located in Calicut of Kerala, is an aided Women’s college. The college was established by the sisters of Apostolic Carmel in July, 1952 to conduct quality higher education for the women in and around Calicut. The college is well equipped with all infrastructural facilities within a spacious campus. Previously affiliated to Madras University, Providence Women’s College is now affiliated to University of Calicut and also recognized by United Grant Commission. The college offers various undergraduate and post graduate courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, and Management Studies.

Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
The candidates who have passed their 10+2 level examination of Kerala State Examination Board or its equivalent in any discipline are eligible for the B A/B Com/BBA courses. Those who have completed the same in science subjects are eligible for the B Sc courses offered here.
Post Graduate:
The graduates in relevant subject are eligible for the M Sc/M com courses offered here.

The admission of the selected candidates is done on the basis of percentage of marks obtained by them in their 10+2 level and as per the norms of University of Calicut.
Post Graduate:
The admission to post graduate courses is done on the basis of merit of the students as per the norms of University of Calicut.
