The college, which is located in Mumbai, is managed and run by Parshvanath Charitable Trust. Parshvanath College of Engineering is affiliated to University of Mumbai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi. It imparts courses in various branches of engineering, at the undergraduate level, according to the guidelines of AICTE.
