National School of Nursing, located in Akola (Maharashtra), came into existence in 2007. It is managed and run by Maharashtra Institute of Rural Development, Akola. The nursing institute is recognized by Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC), Mumbai. National School of Nursing is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), Government of India. The institute conducts nursing course at the undergraduate level - Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery (ANM). It is one and a half year programme. National School of Nursing Akola has state-of-the-art infrastructure within its sprawling campus.
