Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, also known as MIT Muzaffarpur, is a premier engineering institution in Bihar. Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology was established in 1954. The institute is located on north-west corner of the Muzaffarpur city along Muzaffarpur - Motihari road. It has approved by All India Council for Technical Education, AICTE, New Delhi. MIT is under the direct administrative control of the Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of Bihar. The institute is affiliated to the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Candidate must have passed 10+2 level of examination from a recognized board or diploma of 3-4 years duration with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as combination.
B Sc
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
B Pharma
Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as combination.
Post Graduate:
M Tech
Graduation in relevant field is a pre-requisite for admission to the postgraduate courses.
M Sc
Minimum qualification required is that a candidate must be a science graduate.
