Mukti ANM Training Centre is situated in Puri, Orissa. The college was established in 2004 and is affiliated to the Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi. Mukti ANM Training Centre is recognized by the Government of Orissa and Orissa Nursing Council (ONC), Orissa. It offers Auxiliary Nurse and Midwives (ANM), a diploma course of 1½ years duration. The college also provides 6 months of internship along with the course, in which students are being exposed to professional practices of nursing under the careful supervision of highly skilled faculty.
