Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal was established in the year 1960. Initially, the institute started with the name of Maulana Azad College of Technology (MACT) Bhopal. Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology has been awarded with the status of institute of National importance and it has spread across 650-acre of land area. MANIT Bhopal was jointly established by the Government of India and Government of Madhya Pradesh. MANIT Bhopal has been declared a Deemed University.

Eligibility:

Undergraduate:
To be eligible, the candidate should have passed Higher Secondary Examination (10+ 2) or its equivalent examination.

Post Graduate:
ME / M Tech
The candidate should have done Under Graduation in BE/B.Tech from any recognized University or institutio

MCA
The aspirants must have passed Bachelor?s degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects (in 10+2 also) with adequate marks.

MBA
Under graduation or its equivalent is must for the candidates to be eligible for this course. For those candidates, who are appearing for their final year exam may also apply but with a certificate to clarify that he or she have secured at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).

Doctorate:
The candidate should have cleared his or her Master?s degree in the relevant subject with 55% marks from any recognized University.

Admission Procedure:

Undergraduate:
The admission for the UG courses is based on the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE).

Entrance Test: AIEEE Exam

Post Graduate:
ME / M Tech
GATE is the basis for the admission in this Postgraduate course.

MCA
The admission is on the basis of the NIMCET for the program of the MCA.

MBA
To get admit in this program, the candidate must go through CAT exam and then group discussion and personal interview are being taken.

Entrance Test: GATE, NIMCET, CAT Exam

Doctorate:
The admission is based on the entrance test and interview conducted by the University.
