Maharashtra Institute of Medical Education & Research

Located in Latur (Maharashtra), Maharashtra Institute of Medical Sciences & Research was established in 1989. It is managed and run by Maharashtra Academy of Engineering and Educational Research (MAEER), Pune. The institute is affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik and approved by Medical Council of India (MCI), Government of India, New Delhi. With the institute, a Hospital is also attached, which has the capacity of 500 beds.
 
Maharashtra Institute of Medical Sciences & Research offers a medical course at the undergraduate level, that is, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). The institute enrolls 100 students every year, for this UG program. The college provides various modern medical facilities to its students.
