Maha Shiv Shakti School of Nursing, located in Amritsar, Punjab, came into being in 2002. Managed by Shiv Shakti Educational Society (Regd.), the nursing school has been recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) and approved by Punjab Nurses Registration Council, Mohali and the Government of Punjab. The nursing school is affiliated to Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot.

Spread across six acres of land, Maha Shiv Shakti School of Nursing offers an undergraduate course in nursing, namely, General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM). The course is of three and a half year's duration. The nursing school offers modern facilities to its students, to ensure that they develop all round knowledge.
