Located in Karnal (Haryana), Keshav College of Education came into existence in 2008. It is one of the constituent parts of Keshav Group of Institutions, which is managed and run by Keshav Education Society. The college is affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Keshav College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The institute imparts undergraduate degree and diploma level programmes - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), one-year full time programme and Diploma in Education (D. Ed), a two-year full time programme. The candidates need to have passed 10+2 level of examination with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, recognized by any state/national Board.

The selection of the candidates to this programme is decided on the basis of Kurukshetra University B. Ed. (Regular) Entrance Test, which is conducted by the University.
