KLE Society’s College of Engineering is a reputed institution of higher education in Karnataka. Situated in Belgaum, the college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU). Courses offered by the college have gained the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Currently, KLE Society’s College of Engineering is offering undergraduate level course in nine branches of engineering. Undergraduate:
For admission in undergraduate courses, the applicant must have passed II PUC Science / XII Std. (10+2) or equivalent examination with 45% in Physics, Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Information Science / Biology and English as one of the subjects. For SC/ST/Other OBC the limit for marks is 40%.
Post Graduate:

For admission in postgraduate courses, the applicant must have passed the relevant degree examination with minimum of 50% marks/in aggregate of all the years of study. For M Tech in Structural Engineering, the candidate should be B.E. in Civil. For M Tech in Environmental Engineering, one should be B.E. in Civil, Chemical or Environment. For M Tech in Design Engineering, the candidate should be B.E. in Mechanical, IP, Automobile, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering. For M Tech in VLSI, the candidate should be B.E. in CSE/E&C/E&E/IT/ISE/TC.
MCA
For MCA, the candidate must be Graduate with Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Computer Programmming / Computer Applications /Business Mathematics / Business Statistics as a subject at 10+2 level or at Degree level.
Doctorate:
Candidates need a Master's degree in the relevant subjects.
