Located in Dhule district of Maharashtra,Jawahar Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha’s College of Education started its first academic session in the year 1986. The educational institution, at its inception was affiliated to Poona University, Pune, but since 1992 it is affiliated to North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. The college has attained the approval from Government of Maharashtra and is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal. One year of full-time undergraduate degree level Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) course is conducted by the institution. Spreading over an area of 5 hector and 34 acre of land, the B. Ed College intends to produce proficient teachers. In order to pursuit of its aim the college of education, working under the guidance and sponsorship of Jawahar Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha’s, has equipped itself with state-of-the-art infrastructure.
