J. B. Law College is located in Guwahati, the capital city of Assam. The college was established in 1969. It is one of the oldest and reputed law colleges in India. J. B. Law College is affiliated to Gauhati University, Guwahati. The affiliation of the college is duly approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi. Currently, J. B. Law College conducts undergraduate and integrated courses in the field of law - Bachelor of Laws (LLB). These courses are three-year and five-year programs, respectively. The courses are conducted strictly according to the rules and regulations of BCI. J. B. Law College offers a number of modern facilities to its students.
