IIT Gandhinagar, also known as Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar, came into being in 2008-09. It is currently located in the campus of
IIT Gandhinagar imparts undergraduate level programme in the field of technology – Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech). It is a four-year full time course. In addition to this course, the institute also offers courses in various branches of engineering at the doctorate level. Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar is well equipped with modern amenities for the overall development of its students.

Undergraduate:
The candidates must have passed 10+2 level of examination with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in science stream, from any recognized state/national Board.
Doctorate:
The candidates must have done post graduation in the relevant field, from any recognized University.
Undergraduate:
Candidates are required to appear in Indian Institute of Technology Joint Entrance Examination (IIT JEE), which is conducted by IITs, on a rotational basis.
